Parque Albatros Tenerife - Apartment 316

Please take a few moments to read these terms and conditions

Bookings are only accepted on the following terms:

1. Accommodation

The apartment let is provided only for the use of the persons agreed. The apartment must be vacated by 12.00 Midday on the day of departure unless an extension has been previously agreed in writing. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to reserve the apartment which is payable when making the initial booking. Please note: excessive noise or rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated.  The reception is in no way attached to the rental of this apartment.

2. Damage/Excessive Cleaning Deposit

Should you have the misfortune to accidentally break any small items during your stay, we recommend that you simply replace such items to avoid a claim being made.
The renter agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and the contents.  The apartment should be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.  Although a final clean is included in the rental cost, I reserve the right to bill the renter to cover additional cleaning costs if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.

3. Keys

All keys must be left in the key safe outside the apartment on departure. Lost keys will incur a  replacement and call out charge that is payable locally.  Any keys not returned will be replaced immediately with the accompanying locks and the cost deducted from the damage deposit.

4. Paying the Balance

The balance must be received no later than four weeks prior to the date of departure from the U.K. In the event of the balance not being received by us by this time, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your booking in writing at anytime but a cancellation charge as shown below may be levied and will be calculated from the date we receive the written cancellation notice:

·         More than 28 days before departure deposit only

6. Liability and Disclaimer

The owners will in no way be liable for claims arising from accidents or losses affecting their clients or caused by their clients. You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday insurance covering the duration of your holiday and to obtain a free Form E111 by completing the necessary documentation (available from main post offices in the U.K). Which enables the holders to receive medical treatment on the local equivalent of the National Health in public hospitals in Tenerife.
